Not such a new idea, but radical to the rest of us who live boxed into urban life and ego-driven pursuits of money, power, and fame.
The hunter-gatherers on this video have something to teach us about awareness, physical & mental fitness, purpose, excitement, humility, camaraderie and ecological balance. Their lifestyle developed 60,000 years ago–perfected for millennia. Buddhism, only for the past 2,500 years, has taught similar ideas, only it focuses on how to deal with suffering in the highly alienating system of civilization—a prison basically, which these Bushmen did not live in until civilization’s recent encroachment.
Think on this: What if we were to end all institutions and mindsets that foster egotistical pursuit to lead us closer to humility?
